There is an ever-increasing need to make public places multifunctional to make the most of the spaces available for various events or performances. The solution adopted in the auditorium of the library of the University of Sciences of Udine was to have the possibility of equipping the room with the classic configuration of a 300-seat auditorium, but with the possibility of reducing the room to 150 seats or freeing it up completely .
To meet the needs, a solution of removable armchairs was thought of for 160 seats and a system of foldable seats on a telescopic grandstand, for 140 seats, ideal for optimizing spaces and creating various configurations in just a few minutes.
Motorized telescopic grandstand with automatic opening system. The opening and closing movement is operated by a special Synthesis 2.0 type remote control console. The armchairs inserted inside are from the Perseo series by Ascender, with an average wheelbase of 550mm, numbering of the armchairs embroidered by seat and row, modern design, wooden finishes, LED step lights, complete with protective railings.
REALIZATION
Our technical office collaborated with Ascender for the supply of the Perseo seats, carrying out all the executive planning and installation of the telescopic grandstand.
Execution: November/December 2021 - January 2022 intervention for the realization of the work from design to testing.
